Please look at when you received your shipping confirmation email and calculate how many days it has exactly been.

US & Canada 2-5 working days
Rest of World 3-10 working days.
We are unable to respond to any emails regarding delivery if their delivery is still in its timescale.
Why have I been overcharged?
