As mentioned on our blog yesterday, this Friday we’re turning four. We can’t quite believe how far we’ve come in those four years, but here we are!
In 2014 we launched the Bootea Shake and we’ve been knocking up delicious recipes at Bootea HQ with our range of flavours ever since.
Our protein shake has been dubbed “a game changer” by our customers and we might be being biased here, but with the blends we make on a daily basis, we can’t help but love it too!
Since it’s our birthday week, we thought we’d share a delicious birthday cake protein shake recipe, made with our Vanilla Bootea Shake, which contains our green tea extract.
This shake is based on a classic British Victoria sponge birthday cake and contains over 60g of protein. What’s not to love? 🎂

Vanilla almond milk (adjust this depending on the consistency you prefer) |
2 scoops |

Almond extract |
2 teaspoons |
Strawberry jam |
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add more almond milk until consistency is correct
2. Pour into your Bootea shaker
3. Add whipped cream and fresh strawberries and enjoy 😋
